The Entourage Freight Solutions story began in 2011 with a local produce company. R.S. Hanline, operating in Shelby, Ohio. In 2013, our small group of experts made the decision to purchase our own trucks and operate with a simple motto: delivery of foodservice goods without sacrificing quality and cost-efficiency. Soon after, we moved our corporate offices to Columbus, Ohio. Our more than 40 employees prioritize cradle-to-grave shipment management as we are a true 3PL in dry freight, the expedited market and, of course, refrigerated freight.

Our ambition and commitment to our clients is what sets us apart from other 3PLs and supply chain partners. We focus on providing a top-notch customer service experience with meaningful interactions, meaning we are able to answer the phone around the clock and will intervene immediately when something seems amiss.
